We are encouraged to meet together (Hebrews 10:24-25). In order to build a community of Christ with love and care, KUC hosts different congregational activities and fellowships to help people feel at “home away from home”.
We inspire the congregation to experience meaningful worship by planning our Sunday service material thoughtfully, setting up themes for liturgical seasons, enhancing the worship space, and involving church members to participate in various services.
We nurture our members by offering workshops and classes, to create a space where we can be challenged spiritually and intellectually. We aim not only to deepen our personal faith, but to become a witness of Christ in the wider society.
KUC shares the church premise and host events with people and organizations that are providing services for the benefits of the communities. By doing this, we are serving our mission to love our neighbors and practicing the spirit of generosity.
The MOE Committee seeks to put the love and compassion of the Christian faith and its call for justice and peace into action. It organizes activities to educate the congregation about different issues and networks with ecumenical groups.
The refugee ministry of KUC, we provide pastoral care and support to our friends who seeks asylum in Hong Kong. Led by our refugee sisters and brothers, we are building a bridge between them and the HK community through different activities.
